I am a highly experienced Chef who can turn his hand to everyone’s individual requirements and requests, from private household cooking, corporate events, weddings and private functions and to extremely busy kitchens. I have a very wide experience of cooking in many different styles and techniques including different climates, cultures and different methods, I have such a vast knowledge of cooking in different cultures including Classic English, Classic French, Spanish Tapas, Italian Antipasti’s, Lebanese Mezze, Nepalese and Cuban. I enjoy the menu planning and I am very passionate about producing amazing dishes that are healthy well balanced yet delicious with a good variety. I generally use locally sourced produce using organic suppliers and foods; I enjoy sourcing, tasting and turning the produce into a delicious dish. Exclusively known and come highly recommended for my speciality paella’s which can really impress your guests as that something different for a party!!!!
